Left-handed T1x guide
The short answer
Yes, the T1x MTR comes in a true left-hand action. Handed parts include the chassis, rails, triggers and bolt handles. Magazines, barrels and most scope rings don't care which hand you shoot.
Left-hand models
Tikka makes the T1x MTR in true left-hand configuration in .22 LR (JRT1X400 20 in, JRT1X400SB 16 in) and .17 HMR (JRT1X409 20 in, JRT1X409SB 16 in) Tikka · Sako global. EuroOptic listed all four at $629.10 (list $799) on 2026-10-11 EuroOptic.

Tips for lefties
- An RH action fired left-handed works, but you have to break your cheek weld to cycle it. Buy a true LH rifle if you shoot a lot of prone matches.
- Before you buy any part, confirm it is marked LH. Rails, chassis inlets and handles are mirror-image parts.
- Ambidextrous chassis (XLR) and ARCA/M-LOK accessories avoid most handedness issues.
